Here is what the GoZone Package includes:

• A downloadable GoZone pedometer that measures steps taken, distance covered and calories burned in a day.
• Access to your LifeZone – your personal online health folder where you can track & monitor your progress and get your customized Exercise and Meal Plans.
• Access to Virgin Life Care services and expert assistance to help you meet your health & weight-loss goals.
• GoZone Challenges – you’ll be invited to take part in exciting challenges where you can compete against other GoZone users for great prizes!

NB – you do need access to the internet and a PC (MAC version coming soon)

The GoZone programme is only for persons 18 years and older

Lost or damaged your pedometer and need to replace it? You can replace your pedometer at a special rate, login to www.virginlifecare.co.za to access your GoZone logbook page and follow the “Buy a Replacement Pedometer” link from there.
